Our Process
Discovery Call
The first step in our process is a brief phone call to get to know you and your unique situation a little bit better. During this initial phone call, we will be obtaining all the information we need to fully understand the scope of your situation so we can best serve you. We will ask you a range of questions from whether you simply want to sell your home, if you want some expert opnions on what steps to take in order to save your home, loan information, property condition and more! This will give us all the information we need to find out if we are a good fit for each other, and it shouldn’t take longer than 10-15 minutes.
The Gameplan
Once we have gathered all the necessary information, we will start to brainstorm and gameplan the next steps that need to be taken. This could be helping you talk to the bank to find out if you are eligible for a loan modification, exploring different options for selling your home, going over our list of 16 ways to stop foreclosure, and more! It really depends on your unique situation and what best caters to your specific needs and desires.
Execution
Now that we have a gameplan set, it is time to execute. This is where the real magic occurs, and it is one of the most rewarding parts of our daily work. In this stage you are getting exactly what you came to us for in the first place. This is where we get to tap into our vast network of real estate professionals to get the job done.
